Proofing
Our studio will send out via email a .PDF proof illustrating how the supplied artwork will look on the product; to approve the artwork you can reply back to the studio via email.
We will only continue processing your order once we have received an approval in writing.
All our pricing is based on one proof being supplied FOC and one proof amend. Any additional proof amends will be charged at £5.00 each.
Colour matching
Please note that we use various print methods to decorate different products. Each printing method and substrate printed onto, will give a slightly varied colour finish for each product. For instance a golf tee printed in red PMS 485 C will be a slightly different shade to a poker chip printed using CMYK printed digitally or a dye sublimated umbrella.
Although we do our very best to match colours across all products, it is not possible to overcome this issue altogether as different print processes make up colour in different ways.
Artwork requirements
All of our pricing is based on being supplied with print ready artwork.
Digitally printed products: Vector artwork or a high quality JPEG.
Embroidery: Vector artwork only. Please also note that we will not use your existing embroidery files.
Dye-sublimation: Vector artwork or high quality JPEG.
Laser engraving: Vector artwork only.
Pad printing / offset printing: Vector artwork only.
Other formats
If vectorised artwork is not available, we can work with other high resolution artwork (300dpi), formats such as, .PSD and .TIFF. However, please note that there maybe additional charges for converting the artwork to a vector format if this is required.

Express delivery service
Is an order that requires dispatching between 6-9 working days from the approval of the artwork. Please note this service is subject to availability and subject to additional cost.
Printed Golf Balls
Printed golf ball lead times are variable depending on stock availability and our suppliers' production schedule.
If you do have a deadline for delivery please check with Sales who will advise if this is achievable.
